CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time of our artists and guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a 50–100% service charge. No-show appointments will be charged in full.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

To ensure we stay on schedule for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service. In these cases, the full service charge may still apply.

COLOR SERVICES

All color services are booked and listed individually on your service ticket and appointment schedule. Color services do not include a blow-dry or haircut finish. If you would like to add a finish, please let our salon coordinator know at the time of booking, as this is a separate service and additional charge. Please note that we cannot guarantee salon space availability for self blow-dries.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

For the safety, comfort, and well-being of our team and guests, Pathos Salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or unrealistic service expectations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and welcoming salon environment.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We offer product exchanges or merchandise credit on most retail items within 30 days of purchase, with valid proof of purchase. Cash or credit card refunds are not available. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on brushes, blow dryers, flat irons, or curling irons.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are given directly to your service provider via cash or Venmo. Our salon coordinators are happy to assist with Venmo information upon request. Please note that gratuities cannot be added to credit card payments for services.

PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY

As part of our commitment to quality and consistency, before and after photos and/or videos may be taken during your service for documentation and educational purposes. These images help us track progress and showcase our work.

Photos and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested. Client privacy is always respected. If you wish to opt out of marketing or social media use, please notify your service provider or salon coordinator prior to your service.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are available for purchase online and in-salon and may be used toward any service or retail product at Pathos Salon.

  • * Gift cards do not expire and hold no cash value.
  • * Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • * Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • * Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or checkout.
  • * Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Pathos Salon is not responsible for gift cards lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

Eco Fee Policy

At Pathos Salon, we are committed to environmentally responsible practices and the use of high-quality, sustainable products. A $5 Eco Fee is applied to all service visits to help offset the cost of proper waste disposal, recycling of color and chemical byproducts, and the continued use of eco-conscious salon supplies.

This fee supports our ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
